Wilberforce LTD / Gameday Social Apparel (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), operates GDS Magic, a service that syncs products and related catalog data between Apparel Magic and QuickBooks (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service or visit gdsmagic.lidaix.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account and contact information you provide (such as name, business name, and email).
- Connected-system data you authorize us to access from Apparel Magic, QuickBooks Online, and Intuit (for example product SKUs, names, prices, quantities, and identifiers needed to sync).
- Usage and technical data such as logs, IP address, browser or app type, timestamps, and error diagnostics.
- Support content you send us (emails or tickets).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to run a B2B sync product. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including product sync and troubleshooting).
- Authenticate connections and enforce security.
- Communicate about the Service (operational notices, support replies, material policy updates).

4. Intuit / QuickBooks data
When you connect QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorization flow, we access only the data scopes you approve, use that data to provide the Service, and do not use it for unrelated advertising. You can disconnect the integration in your QuickBooks/Intuit settings or by contacting us. After disconnect, we stop new syncs and retain residual data only as needed for backups, audits, or legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it on a reasonable schedule.
5. Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it when no longer required, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
- Update or correct account contact details by emailing us.
- Disconnect Apparel Magic or QuickBooks authorizations at any time.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
8. Children
The Service is for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service you understand that information may be processed in those locations.
